Class Schedule

Heather is super- knowledgeable and very compassionate and supportive of all mothers. A wonderful experience in her prenatal and post-natal yoga with her. Prenatal yoga is a wonderful thing you can do for you and your baby. You won’t regret it! You will be thanking yourself (and Heather) during and following birth!
